Buhari earmarks N20 billion slush fund to bribe 'Igbo Leaders', clergies, and media houses to speak against Biafra - Insider Report

Buhari earmarks N20 billion slush fund to bribe 'Igbo Leaders" and clergies to speak against Biafra - Insider Report
Biafrans should gird their  loins. This is because the General Muhammadu Buhari-led had earmarked a slush fund to the tune of 20 billion naira to launch media attack on Biafran protesters and the Indigenous People of People of Biafra (IPOB). The money is to be used to bribe corrupt Igbo 'elders; and traditional rulers, priests, pastors, and Biafran saboteurs who bandy themselves as Biafran War veterans. Media Houses in Nigeria will also be bought over to launch a coordinated media attack on Biafrans. Earlier on Friday Nigerian Minister of Defence, Brig General Mohammed Dan Ali, warned that the current wave of Biafra protest is so potent that it may escalate and constitute threat to Nigeria's unity. He therefore urged the Nigerian government come up with a roadmap in order to abort any processes that may destabilise the nation. The road map apparently is to buy off people who will begin to condemn Biafran Restoration quest.

The report stated thus:

"Biafrans have done well for the past two weeks fighting Nigeria in a very civilized pattern. Nigerians were really surprised because they were told that only about 1% of Igbos and South South support Biafra. The recent events proved them wrong.

"Nigeria will fight back from this week going forward. They will unleash their campaign on Biafra. I heard they released 20 billion naira to fight Biafra. This information is coming from a very close friend with access to inner working of the Nigerian government.

"They will unearth Igbos who fought the civil war and some who did not fight but will claim they fought. They will use pastors and reverend fathers known to accept bribes and change their belief. They will use some Igbos living at borders who claim they are not Igbos. They will use Sahara Reporters (I heard they were paid 100 million yesterday, from a reliable source monitoring their bank account in Nigeria) and Premium Times to unleash a psychological war on Biafrans.

"The pastors and reverend fathers will condemn Biafra and the newspapers will spread fake news against Biafrans to the international society claiming that Biafrans killed people and destroyed properties.

The Biafrans should be at alert and engage these lairs everywhere they see them and they must be prepared mentally to absorb the attack that will follow.

I pity for Biafrans and IPOB members as the attacks will be fierce but I trust in their ability to counter."

This report was evident from several anti-Biafran reports that flooded the media space in Nigeria on Saturday.

Recall that one of Sahara Reporters journalist was caught spreading fake news that Biafrans peacefully protesting Biafrans killed Hausa people in Port Harcourt.

Kayode Ogundamisi, also known as Oluwakayode Ogundamisi, was yesterday exposed

Kayode Ogundamisi, also known as Oluwakayode Ogundamisi, was yesterday exposed for peddling images of battered and bloody men claiming that the men were Hausa men attacked during the Biafra protest in Port Harcourt, Rivers State yesterday. It turns out these images were actually from the mayhem that took place in Wukari, Taraba State after the controversial ruling that saw sacking of Governor Darius Ishaku.

Some popular bloggers took to the social media platform, Facebook, expressing their shock, condemnation, and disgust at Ogundamisi’s immature, insensitive, and deadly attempt to cause an ethnic blood bath.
One blogger by the name of Ifeyinwa China Onyeabo has this to say:
“(15). Is this a picture of release Nnamdi protest or a picture of the killings happening in TARABA?
(16). Is this not the same way you labelled 1966 coup as Igbo coup to instigate violence?
(17). Now it has dawned on you that a lot of people have bought into your GO HOME message and now agitating to GO HOME
(18). You do not want that but then you needed them harmed having noticed that their protest is not bloody?
(19). You have yearned for blood for days which did not happen
(20) so you cook up an incident that happened in TARABA and labelled it Biafrans killing HAUSAs
(21) Does that area look like Diobu, where HAUSA people live in your stupid eyes?”
More are expected to come tomorrow.
